Billing & Subscriptions

Sheldon Plus subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To manage or cancel:

Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → SubscriptionsSheldon World.

Common Issues

My confirmation email didn't parse correctly
The parser works best with standard airline, hotel, and car rental confirmation emails. If details were missed, you can tap any field in the trip view to edit it manually. We're continuously improving parsing accuracy.
Email sync isn't finding my trips
Make sure your email account is connected in Settings. Sheldon searches for travel-related emails from known airlines, hotels, and booking services. If your provider isn't recognized yet, try pasting the confirmation text directly using the "Add Trip" button.
How do I connect my email?
Go to Settings → Connect Email → choose Gmail or Outlook. You'll be asked to sign in and grant Sheldon permission to read travel-related emails only. We never access non-travel emails.
The app crashed or isn't loading
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, go to Settings and tap the header 7 times to access Diagnostics, where you can view error logs. Send those logs to support@sheldon.world and we'll investigate.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings → Delete All Data. Since Sheldon uses a local-first architecture, your data lives on your device — deleting it from the app removes it completely. Alternatively, uninstalling the app also removes all stored data.
How do I request a refund?
Subscriptions are processed through the App Store. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
