Welcome to Sheldon World. By downloading, installing, or using the Sheldon World mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Sheldon World provides a mobile application that helps users organize travel information, including trip itineraries, boarding passes, and travel history. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts and Email Access

Certain features of the App require you to connect an email account (Gmail or Outlook). By connecting your email, you authorize Sheldon to access travel-related messages for the purpose of detecting and parsing trip information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Sheldon offers a free tier with limited features, including up to 5 trip imports, 1 email account connection, and basic functionality.

Sheldon Plus: The premium subscription ("Plus") offers unlimited trip imports, multiple email accounts, boarding pass scanning, PDF exports, and other premium features. Subscription pricing and billing are managed through Apple's App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sheldon World and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you manually enter into the App
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy in parsing travel information, we do not guarantee that all trip details, boarding pass data, or flight information will be error-free. Always verify critical travel information directly with your airline or travel provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheldon World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, missed flights, incorrect boarding pass information, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
